**About Us:** We are a NYC-based dynamic TikTok e-commerce team dedicated to creating engaging content and driving online sales through the TikTok platform. **Job Description:** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our TikTok e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our TikTok account, ensuring timely content publication, order management, influencer outreach, product selection support, and advertisement data analysis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and operate the TikTok accounts, including scheduling and publishing video contents.
* Oversee backend order management to ensure smooth processing and fulfillment.
* Build and maintain relationships with TikTok influencers for collaboration opportunities.
* Assist in product selection and curation based on market trends and consumer preferences.
* Analyze market and advertisement performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
* Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and best practices to enhance account growth and engagement.

**Qualifications:**

* Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging content.
* Prior experience with TikTok e-commerce or other e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, rules and its features.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of data analysis and interpreting ad performance metrics.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
