The Law Offices of Spar Bernstein, P.C. is a downtown highly regarded private **Immigration Law Firm** recruiting for an Immigration Associate Attorney position.

The Firm needs an attorney with at least 3+ years of experience, handling and management of all employment-based cases including H1B, O1, E1 and L1 visas and PERM as well as all aspects of family immigration and managing client cases which include adjustment of status, citizenship, VAWA, asylum, and removal defense.

Our legal team is comprised of more than 50 knowledgeable, accomplished attorneys and support staff. We have numerous attorneys who have been recognized by Super Lawyers, and many more who have been named top lawyers by various honorary organizations.

We are seeking a qualified Immigration Associate Attorney to join our exceptional team.

**Immigration Associate Attorney must possess the following**:

– Experience with a high-volume practice

– Immigration Associate Attorney must have a Juris Doctor degree and admitted to practice law in the United States

– Bar admission in multiple states is a plus

– Immigration Associate Attorney candidate must possess 2+ years of Business Immigration law experience

– Experience with family-based immigration, removal defense, and litigation cases in Immigration court is a plus

– Excellent writing and communication skills is highly preferred

– Immigration Associate Attorney candidate must be able to set priorities and exercise good judgment

– Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines

– Prior law firm experience is required

– Foreign language proficiency is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
