### Job Title: Customer Service/Ticketing Specialist
#### Job Responsibilities:
– Proficiently operate Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc., to complete tasks including inquiries, ticket issuance, refunds, and rescheduling.
– Understand customer needs and provide professional, timely, and attentive service through email, chat, and phone.
– Establish effective team communication and foster a harmonious working environment.
### Education, Experience, and Skills:
– Proficient in both English and Chinese.
– Educational requirements are not limited for experienced candidates; inexperienced candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
– Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (OPT, H1B not supported).
– Preference given to candidates with backgrounds in airline ticketing, travel, or related fields.
– Must possess problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
– Basic computer skills and proficiency in WORD and EXCEL.

### Qualifications:
– Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Customer-oriented, patient in interactions with customers, and adaptable to various personality types.
– Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
– Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
– Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
### Job Responsibilities:
– Manage incoming calls, identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
– Handle customer relationships in a fast-paced environment, using problem-solving and decision-making skills to address various challenging situations.
– Build sustainable customer relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.
– Accurately complete tasks assigned by the manager within the specified timeframe, providing exceptional service to customers.
– Process applications quickly and accurately.
– Provide support to teammates as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,500.00 – $3,800.00 per month
