Monica Wu is the founding partner of Monica Wu, P.C. and is a leading immigration lawyer in the Atlanta area. Prior to opening her private practice, Monica spent three years as an immigration attorney in one of Atlanta’s most prestigious immigration law firms. Monica specializes in H-1B and L-1 Visa, Labor Certification, EB-1 and EB-2 and EB-3, EB-5 Immigrant Investor, and has extensive experience in Family-based green card applications.
