* Flexible start/end times during 7am – 7pm
* Full Time option to work 4 or 4.5 days per week
* No nights, no weekends

* RN Triage during after hours and weekends
* Internal pharmacy department handling daily refills
* Marketing representative to help build patient panel with various media resources and connecting you with the community

**Responsibilities** **Patient Care:*** Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
* Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
* Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
**Communication:*** Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
* Provide clear and concise medical information.
* Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
**Documentation:*** Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
* Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
* Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
**Diagnostic Procedures:*** Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.
* Perform procedures as needed
* Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.
**Team Collaboration:*** Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
* Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.
**Quality Improvement:*** Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
* Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
* Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
**Compliance:*** Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
* Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
* Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.

**Qualifications**
* A valid and unrestricted California medical license
* Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
* Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
This is also an H1B visa opportunity, requiring candidates who are cap exempt. **Pay Range**
$120.00 – $135.00 /hour
