**Title**: Excel VBA Developer with SharePoint
**Work location**: Remote
**Salary**: Contract W2 $30 – $35 per hour
**Duration**: 3 months
**Background**:
Agency uses antiquated worksheets that contain numerous macros and formulas. The worksheets can be tedious and difficult to troubleshoot should any of the formulas and/or macros become out of sync or inoperable. The task would be to look at current operative worksheets, understand the goal and outcomes of those sheets, and then work to create simple, easy-to-use and understand worksheets. In addition, provide written instructions and very basic training on the use of the worksheets.
**Job Responsibilities**:
* Develop macro to transfer data to QuickBooks templates
* Develop a report from exported spreadsheets that contains Accounts Receivable and Daily Collections amounts
* Recreate the template use to plan varies expenses to populate into the budget operating plan spreadsheet.
* Recreate the functional area budget operating plan template to be used annually, including macros to combine multiple funds center templates and supporting templates into one comprehensive functional area operating plan
* Recreate the funds center budget operating template to be used annually, including cleaning and updating data point links used to populate template’s cells.
* Combine the Daily data from the Daily Spot Cotton Quotations into the Monthly Cotton Price Statistics.
* Create all reports associated with the Monthly Cotton Price Statistics and saves them to the archive location. Create archived Excel, CSV and PDF files.
* Create a mechanism for submitting updated price difference changes. Includes a mechanism:
* preview changes made before submitting final changes
* to clear changes and reset to previous approved price differences.
* Includes tabs to look for price overlaps between qualities.
* Provide training to: Upto 70 participants on Advanced Excel formulas, charts, graphs, PDF, pivot tables, introduction to macros, look up tables, linking spreadsheets.
* Provide training to: Upto 30 participants on Excel (with intro to VBA) including organizing data for reporting/raw data with Visual Basics for Applications (VBA) (Ex. “recording” macros and an overview of macros)
**Requirements**:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or other related discipline.
**Preferred**:
* Microsoft Office Specialist(MOS): Expert or MOS Master in Excel Certification
* SharePoint Developer certification
