Job Description:

As a Sr. Data Engineer with the job code Business Associate, you will leverage your expertise in Python, Spark, and AWS to drive data-driven decision-making processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement data strategies that align with organizational goals.

Your role will be pivotal in enhancing data infrastructure and ensuring seamless data integration.

Roles & Responsibilities :

* Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Design and implement data solutions using Python, Spark, and AWS to meet business needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
* Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integration.
* Utilize AWS services to build scalable and secure data architectures.
* Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes and solutions.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues
* Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust validation and testing procedures.
* Optimize data processes for performance and scalability.
* Conduct regular reviews of data solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for data analysis and solution design.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data strategies.

Qualifications

* Possess strong proficiency in Python, Spark, and AWS with hands-on experience.
* Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
* Have experience with Snowflake, SQL, and Unix is a plus.
* Show a proven track record of designing and implementing data solutions.
* Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
