Position: Senior AI/Client Engineer

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite)

Type: Contract (C2C).

Salary Range: $50 to $55 per hour

Visa Requirements: H1B, H4 EAD, US Citizen, Green Card (GC), and GC EAD.

Note: Candidates must be local to Brooklyn and available to start onsite from Day 1. This role requires a commitment of 35 hours per week with an unpaid lunch break.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI/Client Engineer to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in establishing a new unit focused on developing AI/Client-powered solutions and leading the adoption of cloud platforms such as Azure or Oracle’s data science platform. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end MLOps process and integrate model outputs into business user reports utilizing PowerBI, Oracle Analytics, or APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize AI/Client models with an emphasis on fine-tuning LLMs and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
* Design and establish MLOps processes for effective model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
* Evaluate and pilot the adoption of cloud platforms (Azure, Google, or Oracle) to identify the optimal solution for our organizational needs.
* Configure and set up Client platforms on Azure or Oracle from the ground up, ensuring a robust and scalable infrastructure.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and integrate AI/Client solutions with existing systems.
* Develop processes for the continuous pretraining and fine-tuning of LLMs.
* Document technical processes, methodologies, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and support team development.
* Work closely with developers to integrate model outputs into business reports using PowerBI or Oracle Analytics.

Qualifications:

Education:

* Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
* Certifications in Azure Client or Oracle Client or similar are preferred.

Experience:

* Required:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/Client engineering.
* Proven track record in developing and deploying AI/Client models in a production environment.
* Hands-on experience with MLOps, including model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
* Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/Client frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
* Experience in configuring and setting up Client platforms on Azure or Oracle from scratch.
* Experience integrating model outputs into business user reports using PowerBI or Oracle Analytics.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure or Oracle Data Science Cloud, or a willingness to learn.
