Air Import Operations Agent

Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Communication with clients
– Follow up air import shipments, checking the status with airlines’ GHA
– Arrange payment of ISC
– Dispatch the driver to pickup shipment in time to avoid storage fees
– Instruct warehouse to prepare the shipments in warehouse
– Arrange truck to deliver the shipment to consignee
– Issue invoice
– Organize and keep all handling documents

Experience:
– Previous experience in air import operations is preferred
– Fluency in Mandarin is a plus

– H1B sponsor will be considered
