Responsibilities,

Provide consultations to the team on a need basis espcially on emplyment based H1B and GC and other immigration matters as needed.

Qualifications

Proven track record in the preparation and filing of H1B petitions and GC with successful outcomes especially on complex cases.

Engagement plan: 1) $50/ per 30mins consultations on a need basis. 2) $100 flat per H1B cases for providing initital H1B strategy and final review. 3) $200 flat on PWD, Rcruitment, PERM queries and finalizations. While we cant gurantee the volume of cases that you can work on per month, based on your availablity, flexibility and expertise we would love to enage you more..
