Role & Responsibilities

* Create, update and maintain product detail pages and overall product listings of select SKUs
* Ensure all product information, description, images, prices, specs are accurate and optimized
* Work with data partners to analyze site and sale performance
* Implement strategies to improve product visibility and conversion rates
* Execute promotional campaigns and special offers in coordination with marketing and business
* Work closely with cross functional teams including but not limited to (Brand, Product, UX, Business teams, Creative leads, Agencies, & HQ+.
* Effectively and creatively communicate ideas and visions as a story to others with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Consumer Experience journey mapping and thoughtful site placements of products and promotions through site.
* Project manages all aspects of launch from conception, execution and post launch optimizations

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or 4+ years similar experience in site merchandising
* Working experience in eCommerce programs and merchandising programs
* Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Fluent in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management systems
* Strong project management, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, and multitasking skills.
* Strong ability to operate in a matrix environment
* Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-functional team.
* Passion for building relationships and proactive communication
* Motivated and strong detail-oriented approaches
* Must be organized and highly detail oriented
