A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Technical Writer to work on their ongoing project in the Harrisburg, PA office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

* Experience with eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholder business units
* Experience conducting interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
* Develops, enhances, and maintains user and technical documentation for multiple applications including documentation required for the EDW team. Ensures solutions meet Commonwealth standards, policies and procedures
* Experience translating customer requirements into functional and technical requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to both business stakeholders and the development team
* Experience with creating process models, specifications, diagrams, wireframes, and charts to provide direction to the development team
* Maintains documentation libraries, templates, quality standards. Makes recommendations to the team on improving documentation
* Organizes and prepares work effectively to facilitate proactive resolution of problems, rather than reactive. Prepares accurate estimates for documentation requests and activities
* Experience communicating, coordinating, and performing as liaison between stakeholder business units and the development team
* Ability to balance work between multiple projects and possess good organizational skills
* Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and effectively with colleagues, and as a member of a team
* Ability to present complex technical concepts and data to a varied audience effectively
* More than 5 years of relevant experience
