**Job description:**

*Handles inquiries of moderate scope and complexity within customer service areas, such as Account Management, Upselling, Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiry Support, Customer Service Analytics.*

**Workstream description:**

**You’ll be part of the Inbound team, where you will interact with individuals such as patients, family members, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals, enhancing our customers experience with their healthcare needs. You will handle incoming calls for orders, service and product information in a timely and professional manner, following department procedures.**

**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

* *Leads calls from patients, physicians and other facility employees with inquiries and requests regarding NPWT.*
* *Implements Critical Thinking to analyze the callers request and determine next steps.*
* *Determines the best solution for our customers based on guidelines and expertise.*
* *Supports other workstreams within the organization by providing the corresponding information to the callers or redirecting to the correct team.*
* *Willingness to support with overtime if needed.*

**Your Skills and Expertise**

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

* *High School Diploma or equivalent.*
* ***Advanced English (oral and written) C1.***
* **Flexible scheduling for a 24/7 operation.**
* *Flexible & Adaptable – with schedule, workflow processes and priorities.*
* *Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel & Outlook.*
* *Ability to convey a positive customer service and team-oriented attitude.*

**Soft skills:**

**Technical skills:**

* Critical Thinking
* Resourceful
* Multitasking

**Additional qualifications** that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

* At least 1 year of call center experience.
* Healthcare call center experience.

**Work location:**

* **Remote. Heredia. Costa Rica**

**Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).**
