Job Description
A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Project Manager to work on their ongoing project in the Hartford, CT office.
Below are the additional details of this role:
Required Skills:
* 10+ years of experience in project management, planning, and tracking of projects, including overseeing IT projects and schedules/roadmaps from conception to completion.
* Candidate should have experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements and be familiar with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processing
* Candidate should have 5+ years’ experience working as part of an enterprise PMO with exposure to standard program and project tools, metrics, creating dashboards, project schedules, status reports, meeting agendas, etc.
* Candidate should have a blend of communication, IT, budget and reporting skills
* The ideal candidate will have led a data migration effort
* Deep experience in vendor management
* Experience with and understanding of full project and product lifecycles.
* Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, project scopes, risks, and leading project status meetings.
* Experience managing projects for governmental agencies or organizations.
* Experience with iterative and incremental development and the ability to adjust to changing requirements, policy changes and legislative mandates.
* Project budgeting, resource planning, allocation and capacity planning skills and experience.
* Experience with gathering and validating technology requirements for human service systems.
* Knowledge, experience, and understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to managing patient and/or health data including, but not limited to, HIPAA, HITECH, and FedRAMP.
* Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, project scopes, risks, and leading project status meetings.
* Proficiencies in MS Project, MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and other project tools/software.
