DETAILS:

The Security Analyst II role supports customer identity verification and IAM activities. Responsibilities

include:

 Validating identity documents (e.g., passports, driver’s licenses) using automated systems.

 Investigating and resolving identity verification issues, including fraud detection.

 Recommending process improvements for identity proofing and verification.

 Conducting IAM duties such as user provisioning, access changes, and audit support.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 4+ years in Identity and Access Management and customer support.

 Communication skills: Effectively handle customer phone, video, or in-person interactions.

 Data analysis and attention to detail in documentation and system updates.

 Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and multi-factor authentication.

 Experience with tools like Entra ID, Active Directory, and MS Authenticator.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

 Verifying individual identities with proofing tools.

 Fraud detection and investigation experience (e.g., identity theft, document manipulation).

 In-person or online identity verification experience.
