Immigration Attorney

Job Description

**Position: Immigration Attorney**

**Location: Remote**

**Responsibilities:**

1.Assist with a variety of immigration cases, including CPT, OPT, H1B, O1, EB1-A, EB1-C, EB2, EB3, NIW, EB5 petition letters writing and more.

2.Draft immigration plans.

3.Package and submit over clients immigration materials.

4.Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and government agencies.

5.Collaborate with our diverse team to develop and implement innovative legal strategies.

**Qualifications:**

1.Experience with US immigration and handing VISAs.

2.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters simply and clearly.

3.Ability completing petition letters quickly and independently.

4.Own at least one of the New York Bar or California Bar.

5.Must have successfully field at O1 Visas or EB1.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $179.83 – $214.13 per day
