* Conduct control plans and monitoring appropriate metrics to validate project results are achieved, track improvements, control and sustain gains.
* Lead projects to connect with different stakeholders in the company looking for enhancing processes to impact positively on division results.
* Influence the organization cross-functionally and leading management of change activities.
* Consistently seeking, sharing, and implementing best practices to accelerate business results.
* Teaching, mentoring and coaching team members to optimize business models or processes.
* Looking for applicability of tools and methods to areas outside of current focus.

The person hired for the position of Continuous Improvement Leader, will use tools and methodologies to enhance our main KPIs related to business and financial performance by systematically responding to customer needs, enhance service level, improving portfolio mix, growing market share and impacting pricing and gross margin performance. This leader will oversee operational excellence, generating appropriate visibility of business projects working with divisional team and other support areas.
This leader has a clear understanding of connection between process, execution, improvement approach and operational improvements and drivers to financial measures (Revenue, Cost, Cash and Growth). Responsible for both Project and Actual vs Baseline improvements.
Your Skills and Expertise* Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
* Prior experience leading methodology for continuous improvement emphasizing teamwork involvement.
* Ability to improve processes in a workplace involving data, leading project teams and drive improvements across the organization.
* Ten (10) years of experience in business P&L, commercialization, project improvements and/or service performance management in a private, public, industrial, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:* Experience as strategic thinker who can translate ideas into quick actions.
* Demonstrated experience as confident and accountable leader.
* Demonstration of Cultural Elements
* Effective facilitation, communication, leadership and teaching skills to work with multidisciplinary team.

Travel: May include up to 30% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $222,044 – $271,387, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
