Role: Senior Java Developer with DevOps Experience (W2 Only)

Location: Minneapolis, MN (3 days onsite per week)

Duration: Full Time / Long Term Contract (W2 Only)

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with expertise in Spring and microservices architecture. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to our growing technology stack.

Note: While DevOps and Front end(UI) skills are highly valued, this role primarily focuses on Java development. Strong Java and Spring skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring framework
* Design and implement microservices architecture
* Work with Kafka for event-driven architectures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices

Required Skills:

* 5+ years of experience in Java development
* Strong proficiency in Spring framework and microservices architecture
* Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems
* Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
* Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
* Preferred Skills (will set you apart):
* Front-end development experience (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
* DevOps experience, particularly with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions
* Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible
* Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
