Product Manager / Product Owner (PM/PO)

Durham, NC

Experience Required : 12+ years

Responsibilities of the Product Manager/Product Owner (PM/PO) include:

* Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to identify impactful improvements and align the product vision with company goals.
* Gain deep knowledge of the product, understand user interactions and workflows, and document features and processes for stakeholders.
* Execute the product roadmap, prioritize tasks and development backlog, and conduct feature discovery with internal teams.
* Work with UX designers and engineers to ensure designs meet business needs, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and support the development process.
* Oversee the product from inception to release, maintaining release notes and ensuring smooth end-to-end management.

Qualifications for the Product Manager/Product Owner (PM/PO) include:

* Minimum of 4 years of overall professional experience, with at least 2 years specializing in Product Management or Product Ownership.
* Proven experience managing and developing external/customer-facing products.
* Strong skills in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
* Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
* Familiarity with Figma and experience working with UI/UX design teams.
* Previous experience as a Business Analyst is a plus.
* Must work onsite 2 days a week in Durham, NC.
* Must be eligible to work in the United States.
