* have all the Required skill set and have worked as an “Lead Mobile and responsive web applications Developer (React Native/Tailwind CSS/ESLint/Jest/MobX/Storybook/UI components/Figma)” in a large & Complex enterprise level IT Environment. Experience serving as a Lead for at least 3-5 years.
* have Minimum of 12+ years of IT and business work experience including leading developers in systems analysis and/or programming functions. At least 7 years of software development experience, with expertise in mobile and responsive web applications.
* can provide at least 3 verifiable experience from completed and/or substantially completed jobs that closely match this request (Filling the client provided form) + fill out a skill Matrix + Sign Resume certification form
* Can go through a background check including fingerprinting + Agree to a Face to face interview OR a WEB CAM Interview

This is a fixed fee/hourly based project which is inclusive of travel, lodging, per diem expenses and all other costs associated with the completion of the associated tasks.

Interviews:

Telecommuting: Not allowed for this position.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Mandatory Experience: A minimum of 12+ years of IT and business work experience including leading developers in systems analysis and/or programming functions. At least 7 years of software development experience, with expertise in mobile and responsive web applications.

Mobile: Strong skills in React Native with Expo + EAS for cross-platform iOS and Android apps.

Web: Proficiency in React with Vite and Tailwind CSS, emphasizing responsive web development to create adaptive, mobile-friendly web interfaces.

Technical Skills:

Deep knowledge of TypeScript for building type-safe, maintainable codebases across mobile and responsive web platforms.

Experience with ESLint for linting, Jest for testing, MobX State Trees for state management, and Storybook for developing and testing responsive UI components.

Ability to pull designs from Figma and implement them accurately, ensuring responsiveness for web applications.

Proficiency with Postman for API testing, Reactotron for debugging React Native, and Android Studio and Xcode for platform-specific development, alongside skills in responsive web debugging.

Comfort using VSCode or IntelliJ as the primary development environment.

Security: Understanding of best practices for securing applications handling sensitive user data, including responsive web contexts.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, particularly in responsive design challenges.

Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical team members on cross-platform and responsive solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with native mobile languages like Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java.

Experience with high-traffic, scalable applications, including responsive web systems.

Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to enhance responsive web usability.

Previous work on payment systems or public sector projects.
