Job Summary

Helix Tech IT are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Architect with expertise in Spring Boot, Angular, and Java technologies to lead and design complex technical solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining architecture, setting coding standards, mentoring the development team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. Experience in the financial domain is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

* Architect and Design: Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using Spring Boot, Angular, and Java.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and DevOps teams to define architecture and ensure best practices.
* Technical Leadership: Guide the development team, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship on software engineering principles.
* Microservices Development: Develop microservices-based solutions ensuring modularity, scalability, and high availability.
* Integration & API Development: Design and implement robust RESTful APIs for seamless integration across systems.
* Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
* Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security best practices and data protection guidelines.
* Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement unit testing, integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, PowerMock), and enforce software quality standards using Sonar, Fortify, and Web Inspect.
* Containerization & Deployment: Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for efficient deployment and application orchestration.
* Cloud & DevOps: Leverage cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and implement CI/CD pipelines.
* Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation for microservices and architectural decisions.
* Agile & SRE Practices: Participate in Agile development processes and apply SRE principles for system reliability and observability.

Required Skills & Experience

* 15+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
* Strong expertise in microservices architecture and web application development.
* Deep knowledge of backend development, API design, and integration systems.
* Hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases.
* Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
* Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS preferred) and DevOps tools.
* Solid understanding of software design principles, Agile methodologies, and SRE practices.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Relevant certifications in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, AWS, or cloud technologies.
* Prior experience in the financial domain is mandatory.
