Position Title: Research Consultant

Reporting Structure:
Dual reporting line: Leader of the Early Research Team (China)· & Corporate Partner (Seattle)
Job Description:
* Develop client-centric search strategies and action plans, while building/maintaining a proprietary talent database.
* Source candidates through internal talent pools and external channels, conduct competency-based interviews.
* Prepare candidate assessment reports and coordinate client-candidate interview logistics.
* Manage offer negotiations, background verification processes, and post-placement onboarding support.
* Generate business development leads and contribute to BD strategy formulation.
* Monitor talent market trends through industry summit participation and mapping exercises.
Requirements:
* Priority given to Class of 2025/2026 graduates with 3-year OPT eligibility.
* Fluent in English and Mandarin.
* Bachelor’s degree required (preference for biology, HR, or business-related majors).
* Demonstrated interpersonal aptitude with commitment to HR career development.
* Growth mindset with proven communication skills, self-motivation, and deferred gratification orientation.
