GnG Vacation is a fast-growing short-term rental management company focused on Airbnb, mid-term rentals, and luxury vacation homes. We combine high-touch service with data-driven performance — and we’re building a brand that’s as strong on social media as it is in operations.
We are hiring a **bilingual (English & Mandarin) female team member** with **a polished and presentable appearance**, who will work directly with the CEO to support daily operations and help create compelling video content. This is a dual-role position with strong long-term growth into **Marketing Manager**.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Content Creation & Brand Media**
* Follow CEO on property visits and team shoots to capture behind-the-scenes content
* Film and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, BTS) using CapCut or similar apps
* Help brainstorm and schedule creative content ideas
* Coordinate light styling or staging when needed for video
**CEO Support**
* Assist with scheduling, inbox, task management, light travel planning
* Prepare decks, summaries, and support documents
* Occasionally help with event coordination or simple errands
* Handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
**Career Development**
* Learn content marketing, branding, and digital strategy
* Collaborate with the social team on execution and planning
* Fast-track promotion toward **Marketing Manager** role (12–18 months)
**Requirements**
* Female, well-groomed and polished appearance (important for video-facing role)
* Fluent in **both English and Mandarin Chinese** (verbal and written)
* Skilled in short-form video creation (even basic CapCut or TikTok editing is okay)
* Organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent
* Comfortable working closely with leadership and on-camera
* Passion for marketing, branding, media, or real estate is a big plus

Job Type: Full-time
**Promotion opportunities:** 3 months after joining the company, performed well and achieved good performance. The position will transition into a full-time salaried role with performance-based bonuses.
**Sponsorship: YES** (We offer sponsorship for international students in the United States who need status sponsorship. We also accept international students with CPT, OPT and H1B status.)
