**Architect Design(10)**

**Job Description**

* Prepare architectural drawings for new construction and remodeling projects
* Assist in tasks related to rezoning and building codes
* Make bids on potential building projects
* Engage in architecture and interior design
* Review and manage MEPS Engineering

**Preferred Qualification**

* U.S. college/ university graduate including Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD Degree (Or expected graduation)
* Actively recruiting international students studiying in the U.S. who are expected to graduate in June 2024
* Experience in English-speaking countries
* Fully proficient in business Korean and English
* Education or experience in architecture or real estate development

**Job Type and Salary**

* Salary : Negotiable, depending on one’s experience and qualifications
* Job type : Full-time after a probation period for 3 months

**업무**

* 신축 및 리모델링 프로젝트 설계도서 작성
* 대지 용도변경 및 인허가 대관업무
* 신규 프로젝트 입찰
* 건축 및 실내 인테리어 디자인
* MEPS 엔지니어링 검토 및 관리

**우대사항**

* 미국 소재 대학교/대학원 졸업 혹은 졸업 예정자
* 미국 현지 실무 경력 보유자
* 미국 유학생 적극 채용 중
* 비즈니스 영어 구사에 능숙하거나, 경험이 있는 지원자
* 건축/부동산 개발 관련 학력, 경력이 있는 지원자
