Banking Account Officer

Job Description

Type: Direct Hire (Permanent)

Hybrid remote: 3 days onsite / week. (Must be able to work fully on-site when required.)

Visa: US citizen, Green card holder, Green card EAD, H4 EAD, L2 – **We don’t accept OPT or CPT or H1b transfer.**

Start date: ASAP

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000/yr

Duties:

* Identify and engage clients to develop new corporate banking business.
* Serve as main contact for corporate clients on credit-related matters.
* Collaborate with agent banks on syndicated loan opportunities.
* Conduct client onboarding and ensure regulatory compliance (OFAC, BSA/AML).
* Prepare credit proposals with financial, industry, and risk analysis.
* Perform credit underwriting, assessing collateral, liquidity, and borrower strength.
* Monitor credit facilities and track borrower performance and compliance.
* Coordinate with Loan Administration to close transactions efficiently.

Requirements:

* **Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.**
* **5–10 years in credit, lending, or corporate banking.**
* Skilled in financial analysis and credit assessment.
* Experience in credit proposal preparation and risk evaluation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial modeling tools.
* Knowledge of KYC, BSA/AML, and OFAC compliance.
* Chinese language skills a plus.

– 1st round is via Zoom. 2nd round is in-person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

* corporate banking: 5 years (Preferred)
