🔍 About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Data Modeler who excels in designing, implementing, and managing robust data models that align with both business needs and governance standards. This is a critical role within the Data & Analytics team, working closely with data architects, engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality data solutions.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

* Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for OLTP and OLAP systems.
* Develop and manage data documentation, including data dictionaries, metadata, and ER diagrams.
* Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data models.
* Ensure adherence to data modeling standards, partnering with Data Governance teams.
* Collaborate on database schema design, performance tuning, and optimization.
* Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
* Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
✅ Must-Have Skills:

* Deep expertise in Relational, Dimensional, and Document Data Modeling
* Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with:
* Snowflake
* CosmosDB
* ERWIN (or similar modeling tools)
* Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
* Bonus: Experience in Lending or Financial Services domains

You’ll work alongside other Data Modelers and Architects, but will be expected to lead and deliver assigned initiatives independently.
