**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated junior professional to join our team at Aegis Building Supplies, Inc. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for interior/architectural design, project coordination, and supporting marketing and sales activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

· **Project Coordination:**

* Analyze project plans, specifications, and client communications to determine scope and requirements.
* Create take-offs and generate quotations/proposals using estimating software.
* Review shop drawings from manufacturers to ensure alignment with project requirements.

· **Showroom Management:** Oversee daily operations in our Houston, TX showroom, focusing on:

* Customers First: Provide fast, friendly service by welcoming customers, assessing their kitchen and bath needs, conducting showroom tours, setting up measures, discussing designs, and making purchasing recommendations.
* Inventory & Materials Management: Monitor inventory levels of showroom samples, brochures, and other marketing materials; reorder as needed to ensure availability.
* Showroom Appearance: Ensure the showroom and special-order displays are appealing and safe.

· **Sales Support:** Drive sales to meet company goals by adhering to store priorities.Handle the complete ordering process for projects.

**Requirements:**

* **Language Proficiency:** Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
* **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
* **Technical Skills**:
* Proficient in reading blueprints and using estimating software.
* Skilled in Excel, Word, and Adobe Suite.
* Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 2020 Kitchen Design, InDesign, etc. is preferred.
* **Personal Attributes**: Highly detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
* **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

* Experience designing or selling cabinetry projects.
