Seating Analyst : H1B is mandatory

* Minimum 12-17 years experience in Seating domain
* Well versed in seating regulations & standards like FMVSS/ECE/JNCAP and so on
* Well versed in CAE tools: ANSA, HYPERMESH, LS-DYNA, having ABAQUS skills will be added advantage
* Should have expertise in Ls-Dyna solver.
* Ability to suggest counter-measures and drive the design
* Experience with Tier1/OEM is preferred
* Good team player
* Experience in coordinating work with offshore teams while working at onsite is preferred
