Physical Therapist: **Fort Worth, Irving, Arlington Tx.**

**Rehab Experts will assist in H1b Visa transfers & GC Sponsorship if needed.**

**Qualifications:**

The Physical Therapist must have:

* Current Texas license in the state
* Demonstrate competency in therapy treatment and evaluation principles, techniques, materials and equipment utilization
* Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and /or agency requirements, and is in good working order.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Assumes responsibility for the evaluation, re-evaluation and treatment of patients needing physical therapy services
* Implements treatment plan through direct treatment, education of caregiver/family members and supervisor of physical therapy assistants
* Supervises Certified Physical Therapy Assistants
* Reporting to physician patient’s reaction to treatment or changes in condition.
* Demonstrates superior customer service through professionalism, courtesy, consistent follow-up and positive communication.
* Identifies patient and family/caregiver needs for other home health services and refers as necessary.

Job Type: Part Time/Full Time/PRN

* Texas PT License
* Valid Driver’s License
* Current CPR,
* Professional Liability Insurance
