**Location:**

**Compensation:**
$120,000 –$180,000 salary + 0.4%–1.4% equity

**Visa Sponsorship:**
Available (F-1 OPT/H1B)

***MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a top 5 IIT or other prestigious university***

About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications in production. You’ll join our fast-paced team in San Francisco, working in-person to help us scale and improve our AI products. If you thrive in startup environments or have a strong academic background, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

* Build, deploy, and maintain AI applications in production environments
* Evaluate AI models using industry-standard methods and benchmarking frameworks
* Collaborate with a talented team to solve challenging problems and deliver impactful solutions
* Contribute to the development and improvement of our AI observability tools

What We’re Looking For

* 1+ years of experience as an AI engineer (internship experience counts)
* Previous experience at a startup

a degree from a top university
* Proficiency in Python
* Strong background in AI evaluation methods, benchmarking frameworks, or observability tools

Additional Details

* We can sponsor F-1 OPT and H1B visas, and will file for F-1 OPT to H1B conversion
