**Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect**

**Position : W2**

**Experince : 13+ Years**

**Visa : H1B, H4-EAD, GC, GC-EAD, USC**

**Location : Open to relocate profile**

**Note : I am looking for only marketing profiles on our bench**

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

– Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

– Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

– Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

– Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.

– Work closely with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for improvements to existing systems.

– Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.

– Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce development best practices.

 

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

– Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development.

– Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.

– Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.

– Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data model.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are required.

– Experience with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or E-commerce is a plus.
