Part-Time/Remote Business Immigration Lawyer

Job Description

We are a nationwide U.S. immigration law firm based in Cleveland, Ohio. We are looking to hire a remote lawyer as Of Counsel to work on employment immigration cases. We are open to attorney working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or abroad, or working in our headquarter office.

Compensation is based on percentage of firm revenue earnd on cases.

Key areas: H1B, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, Perm/EB-3, as well as all other work visas and green cards (L-1, E-2, R-1, H2B, EB-1B, EB-1C, EB-5, EB-4)

Must have: good research and writing skills, communication and people skills, punctuality; professional attire and demeanor; problem-solving; attention to detail. Work with clients and attorneys in preparing immigration applications. Spanish, Chinese, Russian or Arabic language skills a big plus. Come and join our family!
