**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and mentor a performance testing team, ensuring delivery of project milestones with high quality and engagement.
* Define performance testing strategy, plans, and scenarios based on workload modeling and system analysis.
* Utilize tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Neoload, Dynatrace, and Grafana to execute and analyze performance tests.
* Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to identify risks, resolve issues, and optimize system performance.
* Drive process improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and implement lessons learned.
* Participate in cross-functional reviews, handovers, and defect triaging with internal and third-party teams.
* Support training and onboarding of new team members.
