**Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with hands-on development experience to manage complex technology projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and leadership skills to drive engineering teams and ensure successful delivery of solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of project management practices and technical architecture, as you’ll be closely involved in design decisions, project scope, and risk mitigation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple technical projects across teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Drive technical architecture and solution discussions leveraging your strong hands-on development background.
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and status reports, and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, DevOps) and resolve technical and process blockers to meet deadlines and budgets.
5. Foster continuous process improvements, establish best practices for project governance, and mentor team members on agile/scrum methodologies.
