**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join our team as a Bench Sales &
Recruitment Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both recruiting IT
professionals for US-based clients and marketing bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.) to
prime vendors and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities:
**Bench Sales Responsibilities:**
– Market available bench consultants to implementation partners and direct clients.
– Build strong relationships with vendors and clients for ongoing C2C requirements.
– Submit profiles to daily job openings and follow up on feedback/interview schedules.
– Maintain and circulate a hotlist of consultants regularly via email and job portals.
– Negotiate rates and ensure timely onboarding of consultants.
**Recruitment Responsibilities:**
– Source candidates from job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
– Screen and interview candidates for technical fit, communication, and availability.
– Submit qualified candidates to US clients and coordinate interview process.
– Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
– Collaborate with delivery and sales teams for smooth handoff and closures.
**Required Skills:**
– Strong verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in English a must).
– Good understanding of US work visas (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.).
– Familiarity with job portals (Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.) and CRM/ATS tools.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– Negotiation and persuasion skills for closing deals with consultants and clients.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in any field.
– 3-5years of experience in US staffing (Bench Sales or IT Recruitment).
– Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
– Self-starter with a high level of energy and a problem-solving attitude.

Please note that the selected candidate will be coming to the in-person office. Remote options are not available. Looking for candidates local to the Hyderabad location. The state/city needs to be relocated.
