**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Developer to join our PLM development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, IT, and Business Process teams to deliver high-quality and scalable PLM solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

Develop and customize Teamcenter solutions using ITK, RAC, BMIDE, and Active Workspace.

Integrate Teamcenter with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ERP, CAD tools).

Participate in Teamcenter upgrades, data migrations, and system integrations.

Implement workflows, change management processes, and user role configurations.

Provide technical support, bug fixing, and performance tuning for Teamcenter applications.

Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand and translate requirements into technical designs.

Prepare technical documentation and provide training to users as needed.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on development experience with Siemens Teamcenter.

Proficiency in Teamcenter modules: BMIDE, ITK, RAC, Active Workspace (AWC), Workflow Designer.

Experience with CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus.

Strong knowledge of Java, C++, and scripting (e.g., Perl, Shell, or TCL).

Experience with Teamcenter data model customization and deployments.

Good understanding of PLM concepts and engineering change processes.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
