**Location:**
**Lansing, MI (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)**

**About the Role:**

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer to support the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) in modernizing legacy applications. This is a contract role with a hybrid work setup, requiring local candidates who can be onsite in Lansing, MI two days a week.

As part of this project, you will help rewrite core business applications used for compliance, registration, and responsible gaming management—transitioning them from outdated technologies to modern, scalable systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Develop full-stack applications using modern web frameworks and backend tools

2. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, testers, DevOps, and business analysts

3. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

4. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployments

5. Follow development standards and architecture best practices

**Required Skills & Experience:**

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js

2. 3+ years of experience in .NET C#, including .NET Core, Web APIs

3. 3+ years of experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Additional Details:**

Interview Mode: In-person only (no virtual interviews)

Nice to Have: Casino/Gaming client experience

Compliance Note: Candidate must not participate in gambling (online, casino, or sports betting) in Michigan or with MGCB-licensed entities
