Title: Oracle CC&B Senior Developer

Duration: Multi-Year

Location: Hybrid role in Paramus, NJ, relocation acceptable for day 1, remote acceptable after a couple of weeks onsite and onsite visits

Exp: 10+ Years

Contract: Only W2

Visa: OPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC & USC

The Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Senior Developer will be primarily responsible for the technical design, development, and maintenance of technical solutions in Oracle CC&B. The candidate will have both a production support role and will also be supporting related needs for Capital Projects. The candidate will work closely with the functional team to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions, primarily using an Agile Framework.

●   Design, develop, and maintain the Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application.

●   Collaborate with the stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to gather and analyse requirements and translate them to technical specifications.

●   Write complex queries, PL/SQL code, and Java code to support the application.

●   Integrate CC&B with other applications using Inbound Web Services.

●   Establish best practices in alignment with relevant industry, regulatory, and technical requirements.

●   Performing code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure the quality of code delivered and adhering to best practices.

●   Follow standards and document processes, procedures, and technical specifications.

●   Provide technical guidance to other developers.

●   Proactively monitor services, access, availability, performance, and usage.

●   Provide support for production during the day and batch run at night (on-call).

●   Provide support for Enterprise Projects and Deployment.

●   Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle CC&B releases, features, and best practices.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education / Experience / Background**

●   Minimum bachelor’s degree.

●   Minimum of 6 years’ experience in developing and maintaining Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application.

**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**

●   Solid experience with recent versions of CC&B and related Oracle Utilities Solutions (C2M, CCS)

●   Strong proficiency in design and development of Oracle CC&B Customisations: Batch, Algorithms, Change Handlers, UI Maps, Scripts, Business Objects, Business Services, and Inbound Web Services.

●   Strong proficiency in Java programming, SQL, and PL/SQL.

●   Experience in Hibernate Framework, Weblogic Server, and Scripting Languages (Perl/Shell/Ant).

●   Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and XML/JSON data formats.

●   Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

●   Knowledge of CI/CD tools: Gitlab

●   Knowledge of Enterprise Schedulers: Cisco TIDAL or similar applications

●   Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

●   Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

●   Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
