**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice.

COMPENSATION:

‣ High Potential Annual Salary

(Current Doctors Average $360,000-450,000)

‣ Higher of $900/daily minimum or 35% of collections

‣ $10,000-40,000 Potential Sign on Bonus

**Duties**

– Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
– Provide a range of dental services including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and root canal therapy.
– Perform dental extractions and other surgical procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques.
– Utilize dental software systems and Dentrix for patient management and medical records documentation.

**Requirements**

– Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
– Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
– Proficiency in dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology.
– Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
– Familiarity with infection control protocols and medical imaging techniques.
– Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
