**Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote:**

**Must Have:**

– 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital media supply chain within film, television, post-production, or content localization/fulfillment
– 3+ years of business analysis experience in the media supply chain domain
– Strong knowledge of media workflows: transcoding, packaging, IMF/DCP mastering
– Deep understanding of color workflows (SDR/HDR), audio workflows (5.1, Dolby Atmos), and media formats/codecs (IMF, ProRes, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos)
– Experience with localization workflows and deliverable assets (SMPTE-TT, IMSC, SCC, LambdaCap)
– Content & metadata management, data mapping, and rights/avails management integrations
– Requirements gathering, documentation, and user story creation (Epics/Features/Stories)
– Proficiency with tools such as Lucidchart, MovieLabs visual language, and Jira
– Strong SQL/data analysis skills

**Responsibilities:**

– Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and communicate requirements for media content workflows.
– Analyze current supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
– Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
– Support stakeholders throughout sprint cycles to ensure successful alignment and delivery.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and creative departments.
– Perform UAT, coordinate with QA, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
– Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, data mappings, and models.
– Conduct SQL-based data analysis to support insights and decision-making.
– Facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
– Stay current with industry trends and best practices in media supply chain.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Media Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
– 5+ years of direct experience in media/post-production content supply chain.
– Proven track record in business analysis within media systems and workflows.
– Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and Jira preferred.
– Bonus: Advanced SQL and data visualization skills.
