Warehouse Operations Assistant

Pay: $19–$25/hour (Open to negotiate for higher pay for some locations)

Requirements:

– Must be 18+ with legal work authorization in the U.S.
– OPT holders welcome; H1B sponsorship available
– $19–$25/hour, full-time W2 employment with full benefits

Job Responsibilities:

– Plan delivery drivers’ routes for the next day to optimize delivery flow and improve efficiency
– Assist in tracking key processes and performance data to drive operational improvements
– May involve assisting with parcel sorting, picking, loading, and shipping tasks

Qualifications:

– Proficient in computer skills and data collection/analysis
– Language: Mandarin-English Bilingual
– Strong logical thinking and English communication skills
– Prior experience in warehouse/logistics preferred; logistics-related academic background is a strong plus
