**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled
**Data Engineering Lead**
with 7+ years of experience in
**Databricks, Microsoft Azure, PySpark, and Python**
. This role will lead large-scale, cross-functional projects, build scalable data solutions, and drive innovation in enterprise data platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Lead the technical roadmap and solution design for the WFM Data Services platform.
– Build and optimize
**real-time, highly available data pipelines**
and infrastructure.
– Develop automation and monitoring frameworks with reliable metrics and KPIs.
– Define and implement
**data governance and retention policies**
.
– Drive process improvements including automation, scalability, and efficiency.
– Build analytics tools that deliver
**business insights and performance metrics**
.
– Execute proofs of concept to evaluate and adopt best-fit technologies.
– Collaborate with executives, product, and data teams to align solutions with business needs.
– Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

– 7+ years of hands-on experience with
**Databricks, Microsoft Azure, PySpark, and Python**

– Strong expertise in
**data architecture, big data technologies, and automation**

– Proven experience leading
**cross-functional teams and complex projects**

– Background in building and supporting
**scalable data pipelines and frameworks**
