**Business Systems Analyst – Contract Opportunity (Onsite in Glendale, AZ)**
Our client, a local government office, is seeking a
**Business Systems Analyst**
contractor to join their team. This
**2-month W2 contract**
position offers an
**hourly rate of $38.00 to $49.00**
, based on experience.
**C2C and H1B sponsorships are not available.**
The duration of the assignment may be extended depending on organizational needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Research IT policies and collaborate with subject matter experts to draft, revise, and refine clear and concise IT policy documents.
– Develop, analyze, and maintain models, use cases, process flows, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide technical teams and vendors.
– Organize and manage technical documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
– Create and maintain training materials to support IT initiatives.
– Assist in requirements-gathering sessions to define business needs, specifications, and process improvements for potential IT solutions.
– Assess system compatibility and interoperability across technologies.
– Research technology solutions and services to justify recommendations and support procurement efforts.
– Identify existing solutions within the organization or research and recommend new potential solutions.
– Develop cost estimates, cost-benefit analyses, project justifications, and business cases for funding requests.
– Support IT initiatives with comprehensive documentation and analysis.
**Qualifications:**
– **Minimum of 3+ years of experience**
supporting IT initiatives.
– **Bachelor’s degree**
in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
