**$72K base + uncapped bonuses + equity ($100K+ OTE)**

As a Client Solutions Associate, you’ll own projects end-to-end – from understanding client research needs to sourcing the right experts, facilitating interviews, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This isn’t a sales role; it’s a hybrid of client services, project management, and customer success.

**What You’ll Do:**

– **Run projects start-to-finish:**
Source, recruit, and screen experts. Present them to clients, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth logistics.
– **Be the client point of contact:**
Build relationships with clients from day one, ensuring speed and quality in every interaction.
– **Collaborate across teams:**
Share insights with product and operations to help improve the platform and client experience.
– **Drive results:**
Exceed quotas for expert-client interactions to unlock uncapped monthly bonuses and fast promotions.
