Junior E-commerce Specialist

Job Description

Location: College Point, Queens, NY

We’re a fast-growing company and looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist to join us. If you’re passionate about e-commerce and have some hands-on experience, this could be a great fit for you!

What We’re Looking For

● Familiar with one or more major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, etc.); Amazon experience is a big plus.

● Comfortable using English in daily work — reading platform rules, writing emails, and answering customer calls when needed.

● Proficient with office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

● Solid data skills — organizing and analyzing reports, spotting trends, and giving insights.

● Responsible, detail-oriented, and a strong team player eager to learn and take ownership.

What You’ll Do

● Handle the day-to-day operations of our online stores across different platforms.

● Process orders and provide customer service to keep accounts healthy and customers happy.

● Assist with product listings and optimization to boost visibility and sales.

● Track and analyze performance data (including ads) and suggest improvements.

● Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activity, and contribute ideas for promotions and strategies.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break included).
