**System Administrator / Network Engineer (Night Shift – On-site in San Pedro, CA)**

**Shift:**
Wednesday to Sunday, 6 PM – 3 AM PST

**Overview:**

We’re looking for a hands-on
**System Administrator / Network Engineer**
who can take ownership, troubleshoot independently, and genuinely enjoys figuring things out. This is not a Project Manager role — we need a technically strong individual who can execute and solve real problems.

**What You’ll Do:**

– Work on VMware-based infrastructure (current) and Nutanix + VMware (future).
– Handle day-to-day system administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
– Participate in infrastructure upgrades and hypervisor-related tasks.
– Provide technical support and ensure smooth operations during night hours.
– Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and maintain system reliability.

**What We’re Looking For:**

– **Hands-on technical expertise**
— especially in
**VMware**
(hypervisor concepts are key).
– Familiarity with
**Nutanix**
is a plus.
– Someone who truly understands what’s on their resume — can explain technical work clearly.
– Self-starter attitude — able to figure things out independently.
– Curious, passionate, and proactive personality (not just task-oriented).
– Years of experience are
**not**
the main factor — depth of knowledge is.
