**About the Role**

RRelocate is assisting our client in looking for a Data Engineer to build foundational data products, dashboards, and tools that empower self-serve analytics across the organization. This role will help shape data strategy, improve reporting capabilities, and support product development with high-quality insights.

**Responsibilities**

– Define, build, and maintain product metrics, dashboards, and data pipelines.
– Write SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data.
– Design and run experiments (A/B testing) to support product decisions.
– Explore data proactively to uncover insights and product opportunities.
– Partner with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
– Ensure data quality, reliability, and thorough documentation.

**Qualifications**

– 3–6 years of experience as a Data Engineer, ideally in a scaling startup environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
– Strong SQL and Python skills.
– Experience with data pipelines, experimentation, and analytics tooling.

**Compensation**

– **Salary:** $140,000 – $220,000
– **Equity:** Competitive package available
