**What You’ll Do:**

– Transport patients to and from therapy sessions according to the daily schedule
– Prepare and set up equipment for therapists as needed
– Assist therapists with basic patient care tasks such as positioning, dressing, and undressing, in accordance with state regulations
– File documentation accurately in both physical and electronic charts
– Ensure all required paperwork is completed and properly signed by the physician
– Clean and maintain therapy equipment in compliance with company policies

**Qualifications:**

– Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred
– Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with clinical staff
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
