**Enterprise Architect**

**Position Overview**

– Serve as a senior-level Enterprise Architect supporting public-sector initiatives, including federal audit–related efforts.
– Perform highly technical and advisory duties associated with the design, implementation, and support of OIT application solutions.
– Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure architectural alignment across the full project lifecycle.
– Provide clear, effective communication to technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership and audit stakeholders.
– Ensure solutions align with government standards, policies, and compliance requirements.

**Required Skills**

– 8+ years (ideally 10+) of Enterprise Architecture experience.
– Demonstrated experience in government environments (federal or state), preferably within labor, employment, or audit domains.
– Strong background designing and supporting enterprise-scale application solutions.
– Proven experience interfacing with vendor technologies and solutions.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Compensation Details:**
$70 – $76/hr W2
