Experienced Immigration Staff Attorney (Korean Bilingual)

Job Description

**Los Angeles, CA** – Law Offices of Jane Chung, APLC is seeking a motivated attorney with at least 1 year of extensive IV & NIV experience. Will conduct intakes and manage an individual immigration caseload comprised of various immigration cases including H1B, L1, E-1/2, R-1, PERM, I-140/AOS, consular processing, etc. Requires legal analysis skills and excellent attention to detail.

**Requirements:**

– Member of the State Bar of California;
– At least 1 year of experience in the field of immigration;
– Must be bilingual (English-Korean).
